摘要为适应变化的国际局势,尼克松政府从安全、经济、外交等方面调整了美国对西欧政策。"欧洲年"是美国推行与西欧"伙伴关系"的重要举措,但受多种因素制约,其效果并不理想。 According to the changed international situation,the Nixon administration adjusted American foreign policy as far as Western Europe in security,economic and diplomacy are concerned.The ＂Year of Europe＂ was one of the important measures to obtain＂ partnership＂ with Western Europe.However,due to the restrictions of various factors,its effect was not so ideal.
