摘要
目的研究自制枫香油对双氯灭痛、甲硝唑、甲氧氯普胺、川芎嗪和沙丁胺醇等5种药物的透皮促进作用。方法采用V-C水平扩散池,以紫外、比色和HPLC法测定药物通过离体大鼠腹部皮肤的渗透系数。结果枫香油均使5种药物的渗透系数增大。除沙丁胺醇外,对其他4种药物的透皮促进作用均优于azone。
PURPOSE To study the skin penetration enhancement of volatile oil of Resina liquidambaris (VORL) for the first time. METHODS The enhancing ability of VORL through the intact rat skin in vitro was studied using diclofenac, metronidazole, metoclopramide, salbutamol and tetramethylpyrazine as model drugs and azone as reference. RESULTS It was found that VORL could increase the permeability of these five drugs through the intact rat skins. The enhancing ability of VORL was greater than that of azone with the exception of salbutamol. The mixture of VORL and propylene-glycol didn't show any cooperation effects. CONCLUSIONS The results suggeste that VORL is an excellent transdermal penetrater. It is worthy for further study.
