摘要 目的制作一种能用于评价溶栓效果的急性脑栓塞动物模型。方法用正常人血浆在体外制成0.5~0.8mm大小的血栓颗粒,自猪颈内动脉注入颅内,以数字减影脑血管造影(DSA)观察栓塞部位,24h后作病理检查。结果猪的颈内动脉入颅前先形成网状结构,再合成一主干分出颅内各分支,血栓均受阻于网前或网中,栓塞成功率100%,6h后脑血管造影栓子未溶解,病理示5例出现脑梗死。结论该模型栓塞部位固定,成功率高,能用DSA作为可靠的观察指标。 PURPOSE This study aims to establish a model of embolic stroke which suitable for the study of thrombolytic agents. METHODS 100μl normal human plasma was coagulated in to clots which were divided into segments with diameters ranging from 0.5mm to 0.8mm. These Segment of clots were then injected into one side of the internal carotid artery of pig. We observed the vascular occlusion by digital arteriography. Twenty four hours after the embolization, the pig was killed. Its brain was cut into 0.5cm-thick coronal section and stained with triphenyltetrazolium chloride. RESULTS The rate of distal internal carotid arterial obstruction was 100%. Six hours after the embolization, none of the arteriograms of the embolized internal artery showed thrombus dissolution. 5 of the 6 animals showed cerebral infarction. CONCLUSIONS This model of embolization is highly reproducible concerning embolic vessel obstruction, and can observe vascular oclusion by digital angiography. The model is suitable for the study of thrombolytic agents.
