600例主动脉弓分支数字减影血管造影分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的应用数字减影血管造影(DSA)分析主动脉弓分支解剖学特征及变异情况。方法回顾性分析的600例病人,均进行数字减影血管造影(DSA)检查。不包括CTA与MRA。结果600例病人中,正常形态520例(86.7%),主动脉弓上分支变异21种80例(13.3%),其中常见的4种类型分别为2干,LCCA与BCT共干,LSCA:35例(5.8%);2干,LCCA发自BCT,LSCA:10例(1.7%);4干,BCT,LCCA,左椎动脉(LVA)发自主动脉弓,LSCA:15例(2.5%);4干,RCCA、LCCA、LSCA、RSCA,无BCT:3例(0.5%);其他分别为1例(0.17%)。结论主动脉弓分支变异种类较多,DSA可准确地反映主动脉弓分支数量及其形态与开口位置,对临床有一定的指导作用。 Objective To analyze digital subtraction angiographies (DSA) of human aortic arch (AA) branches anatomy,the purpose of the study was the description of the AA branches variations.Methods 600 DSA patients were examined.No computed tomography (CTA) or magnetic resonance angiographies (MRA)were included.Results Twenty-one types of the aortic arch were found.Brachiocephalic trunk (BCT),left common carotid artery (LCCA),left subclavian artery (LSA),520 (86.7%);BT with LCC and LSA,35(5.8%);BT,LCCA,left vertebral artery (LV),LSA,15(2.5%);LCCA originated from BCT and LSCA,10(1.7%);RCCA,LCCA,LSCA,RSCA,3(0.5%);the other types were 1(0.17%)respectively.Conclusion Although the anatomical variations in the branches of AA are relatively complicated.DSA can accurately reflect the AA branches'numbers,shapes and originate from AA,and has some clinical guidance.
