高频超声在小儿肠套叠诊断和水压灌肠复位治疗中的价值

Value of High Frequency Ultrasound in Diagnosis and Hydraulic Pressure Enema Treatment of Children Intussusception

目的探讨高频超声在小儿肠套叠诊断及水压灌肠复位中的意义。方法采用高频超声显像对临床可疑肠套叠患者进行检查,确诊肠套叠后进行水压灌肠治疗。结果肠套叠36例,水压灌肠成功33例,失败的3例,经手术证实均为肠套叠,套叠时间超过48h。结论高频超声诊断和水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠操作简单,成功率高。

Objective To investigate the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis and enema reduction of children intussusceptions.Methods Cases with suspicious children intussusceptions were examined with high frequency ultrasound.The diagnosis of 36 cases was confirmed and hydraulic pressure treatment was implemented for reduction of intussusceptions.Results Thirty-three cases were successful.Three failed cases were proved by operation.The intussusception course was more than 48 hours.Conclusion high frequency ultrasound has advantages of easy practice with high successful rate in diagnosis and enema treatment.
