摘要
培养学生终身体育意识,增进身心健康,是当前学校体育应引起重视和认真研究的问题.本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等,探讨中学班主任和高校辅导员教师体育态度对学生体育认知、行为习惯、行为意向及参加体育锻炼情况的影响.结果显示,教师对体育所持积极态度,其学生的体育认知总体得分较高,经常参加体育锻炼的人数也较多.
To train students life-long physical education awareness and to improve their physical and mental health are the issues that call for the attention and careful research concerning contemporary school PE.This paper,by means of literature data analysis,opinion polls and interviews,discusses the influence of the PE attitude of middle school head teachers and college counselors on students PE cognition,behaviors and habits,behavioral tendency and participation in physical activities.The result shows that the overall scores of the students are higher and the number of students frequently participating in physical activities is higher if their teachers hold a positive attitude toward PE.
