Application and Implementation of ERP System in Garment Export Trading Enterprises

以宁波汇欣进出口有限公司为案例分析了服装出口贸易型企业实施ERP系统的建设周期、各阶段实施重点,并且剖析了出口贸易型企业ERP系统结构框架和核心业务流程。认为企业成功实施ERP系统的关键点在于系统规划初期的选型、系统结构设计的核心业务的确定以及数据采集点的控制、系统实施过程中必须引入企业关键客户进行评价。

With Ningbo Huixin Import and Export Company Ltd as an example case, this paper analyzes the construction cycle and the major points in each phase in the implementation of ERP system in garment export trading enterprises as well as the structure framework of ERP system and core business process. It is believed that the key points for an enterprise to successfully implement ERP system lie in the initial system selection, the definite core business of system structure design, the control of data acquisition and the evaluation from key client enterprises in the implementation of the system.
