By collecting and classifying the local literatures of local history and reports, business surveys and periodicals and papers, this paper analyzes the development of Ningbo textile and garment industry in modem, contemporary and present time. It is believed that Ningbo textile and garment industry has a long history with outstanding industry advantages. While in recent years, crisis has become more and more obvious, so it is necessary to properlyjudge Ningbo textile and garment, to strengthen plural cooperation, to improve additional product value, to create excellent cultural atmosphere so as to better enhance its development.
