论“打工文化”的塑造

On Creation of "Employment Culture"

打工文化是影响农民工发展的一大文化现象,它的变化和发展就是打工者主体的素质不断提高的过程。在分析打工文化的内涵和特征的基础上,对当前打工文化发展过程中的主要问题进行剖析,,并对打工文化的外部环境的塑造提出对策。

Employment culture is a major cultural phenomenon that affects the development of peasant workers. Its change and development are the continuous improvement of workers＇ quality. Based on the analysis of the connotation and characteristics of employment culture, this paper makes an analysis of the main problems in present developing process of employment culture and puts forward measures on the creation of its external environment.
