摘要
针对挠性传输载体与连接器接触的接口,运用ANSYS仿真分析软件,建立实际工作状态下接口结构的仿真模型,对接口结构进行固有特性仿真分析,得出其固有频率和固有振型。运用正交设计试验分析影响该结构的固有特性的主要因素,从结构参数和施加不同约束方式两方面进行结构方案的改进。
For the interface between flexible transmission medium and the connector, the ANSYS simulation modal is built in this paper. In order to obtain the natural frequencies and vibration, the inherent characteristics of interface structure is analyzed by simulating the actual working environment. The main factors affecting the inherent characteristics are researched using orthogonal design and structure designing is improved by two different ways of influencing factors and constraints imposed on the flexible transmission interface structure.
