玉米秸秆粉混合菌发酵生产饲料蛋白的研究 被引量:19

摘要 目前用于玉米秸秆发酵生产饲料蛋白的酵母菌种对木糖的利用能力较低,导致酵母菌的发酵终产物中粗蛋白含量较低。该研究选用既可以利用戊糖又可以利用己糖的管囊酵母提高发酵终产物中的蛋白质含量,管囊酵母发酵终产物中粗蛋白含量达到209.1mg/g,与对照的酿酒酵母发酵终产物中粗蛋白含量相比提高了60.4%。 At present,the yeast was commonly used to ferment corn straw powder to produce the feed protein,but the availability was low,and the crude proteins content in finial products also was low. Based on the above mentioned facts,in the study,Pachysolen tannophilus which can efficiently use the xylose and glucose was applied to increase the content of protein in final fermentation products. The results showed that the crude content of protein in final fermentation with P. tannophilus attains 209.1 mg/g,and it was 60.4 % higher than that of Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
