青海省互助县绵羊膈肌住肉孢子虫感染情况调查

Survey on Diaphragmatic Muscle of Sheep Infected with Sarcocystis in Huzhu County, Qinghai Province

采用压片镜检法对青海省互助县30份绵羊膈肌进行了住肉孢子虫的感染情况调查,肉样用10%福尔马林固定组织经梯度酒精脱水、二甲苯透明、石蜡包埋、间隔连续切片、姬姆萨染色、压片镜检。结果表明,住肉孢子虫的感染率为100%,感染强度为43(7～132),虫体形态多数为椭圆形和纺锤形,切片镜检虫体囊壁形态光滑为两层,初步确定被检病原为囊状住肉孢子虫。

Sarcocystis was determinated with 30 diaphragmatic muscle samples of sheep from Huzhu county by microscopic examination. The obtained samples were fixed with 10 % formalin,then slide specimen were prepared with dehydration,transparence,section,stain,and examined by microscopy.The results indicated that its shape was elleiple and fusiform and wall-smooth and double-story in section according to the expected Sarcocystis. The infected rate of Sarcocystis attained 100 %,the infected intensity was 43（7～132）.
