摘要
目的:研究α-溶血素基因(hla)、β-溶血素基因(hlb)在金黄色葡萄球菌菌株中的分布情况,为金黄色葡萄球菌的防治及追溯提供依据。方法:以分离自人化脓组织、生牛乳以及生鲜肉等8类不同来源的376株金黄色葡萄球菌菌株为研究对象,利用PCR技术检测金黄色葡萄球菌溶血素基因的分布情况。结果:365株金黄色葡萄球菌被检出含有溶血素基因,总检出率为97.07%,其中α-溶血素基因总检出率为95.21%,β-溶血素基因的总检出率为73.93%。结论:各来源间金黄色葡萄球菌溶血素的检出率不同,且同一来源的菌株的hla和hlb检出率也不同,表明不同来源以及不同溶血素的基因型在金黄色葡萄球菌中的分布存在差异。
Objective:This paper investigated the distributing situation of α-hemolysin gene and β-hemolysin gene in staphylococcus aureus strains for prevention and cure as well as tracking of polluter of providing basis.Methods:376 Staphylococcus aureus strains isolated from eight different sources(the maturation of human being、raw milk et al)were researched by PCR amplification of the hemolysin genes hla,hlb.And then analyzed the distributing situation.Results:among of the total strains studied,365 strains of staphylococcus aureas contented hemolysin genes in which 97.07% demonstrated containing hla and/or hlb.The detectable rate of hla gene was 95.21% and hlb gene was 73.93%.Conclusion:The detectable rate of hla 、hlb gene is different in diverse sources and it is also different between hla and hlb in the same source.It showed that the distribution in Staphylococcus aureus among different sources and different genotype of hemolysins have difference.
