胰管引流治疗狗实验性出血坏死性胰腺炎

Role of pancreatic duct cannulation drainage in the treatment of experimental acute haemorragic necrotizing pancreatitis of dogs

目的本实验评价经胰管插管引流治疗狗实验性出血坏死性胰腺炎的疗效。方法狗的出血坏死性胰腺炎模型制成后,根据胰管引流情况,将其随机分为对照组6只,早期引流组8只和晚期引流组6只,观察其疗效。结果 3组的病死率分别为6/6,1/6和2/6,经卡方检验,早、晚期引流组与对照组之间差异有非常显著意义(P<0.005,P<0.025)。结论胰管引流对狗实验性出血坏死性胰腺炎有良好的治疗作用。

This experiment was undertaken to evaluate the role of pancreatic duct drainage in acute haemorrag- ic necrotizing panereatitis.Methods Models of acute haemorragic necrotizing pancreatitis in dogs were produced and randomly divided into three groups,i.e.control group (u=6) in which the pancreatic duct was not cannulated,early drainage (n=8),late drainage (n=6),to evaluate the effect of pancreatic duet drainage.Results The mortality rate in three groups was 6/6,1/6 and 2/6,respectively.The difference in mortality rate between control group and either early drained group or late drained group was calculated by chi - squared test,and it was statistically significant (P<0.005,P<0.025),respectively.Conclusion Pancreatic duct drainage has a good effect on experimental a- cute haemorragic necrotizing pancreatitis in dogs.
