HPLC法测定丙酸倍氯米松软膏中丙酸倍氯米松的含量

Determination of the Content of Beclometasone Dipropionate Oilment by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定丙酸倍氯米松软膏中丙酸倍氯米松的含量。方法采用Thermo ODS-Hypersil柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm)为固定相,以甲醇-水(74:26)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为240nm。结果丙酸倍氯米松在10.03～50.16μg.mL-1浓度范围内具有良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.5%(n=6)。结论本方法简便、快捷、准确,可用于测定丙酸倍氯米松软膏中丙酸倍氯米松的含量。

Aim To develop an HPLC method for determination of the content of beclometasone dipropionate oilment.Methods An ODS column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water（74∶ 26）.The detection wavelength was 240nm.The flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Results The linear range was 10.03～50.16μg · mL^-1 （ r =0.999 9 ）.The average recovery was100.1%,RSD =1.5%,n =6.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and can be used in quality control of beclometasone dipropionate ointment.
