中西药联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗中老年带状疱疹神经痛临床研究

摘要 目的观察中西药联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗中老年带状疱疹神经痛的疗效。方法89例中老年带状疱疹患者随机分为2组,治疗组45例,窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗同时口服中西药,对照组44例仅口服相同的中西药治疗,同时观察两组带状疱疹性疼痛的治疗效果及后遗神经痛的发生。结果经过1个疗程的治疗,治疗组有效率97.8%,对照组有效率75.5%,治疗组1例遗留后遗神经痛,对照组有5例遗留后遗神经痛,两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论中西药联合窄谱中波紫外线照射治疗中老年带状疱疹神经痛疗效好,减少了后遗神经痛的发生。
