公司治理与内部资本市场效率关系研究综述 被引量：2

摘要 我国企业集团的内部资本市场（Internal Capital Market,ICM）并未充分发挥优化资源配置、改善公司治理结构等作用,上市公司的整体质量也不高,缺乏对外部投资者的有效保护。在导致这种现状的因素中,公司治理机制不完善是极其重要的原因。从理论上讲,
