摘要
目的:研究功能性消化不良(FD)与血浆胃动素(MTL)浓度及体表胃电图表现的关系,并探讨FD的病因。方法:病例组及对照组各30例,均在空腹及试餐后30min,取静脉血及记录体表胃电图。结果:FD中动力障碍样型患者空腹血浆MTL水平低于对照组(P<0.001),餐后血浆MTL高于对照组(P<0.001);其它3型空腹、餐后血浆MTL均高于对照组(P<0.001);FD患者胃电节律紊乱率无论在空腹或餐后均高于对照组(P<0.005);FD患者餐后胃电振幅低于对照组(P<0.025)。结论:血浆MTL浓度异常及胃电活动异常导致胃动力降低可能是FD的重要病理生理学基础。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the functional dyspepsia and the plasma motilin and the cutaneous electrogastsrogram as well as the etiology of the functional dyspepsia.Methods: Samples from peripheral venous blood were collected at fasting and 30 minutes after the test meal in the morning respectively.Electrogastrogram were recorded simultaneously.Results: (1)The plasma motilin level of the dysmotility like dyspepsia at fasting was significantly lower than that of the control's(P<0.001);the plasma motilin levels of the other three types of dyspepsia were significantly higher than those of the normal subjects whether at fasting or postprandially.(2)The gastric electrical dysrhythmia rates of the patients were significantly higher than those of the control's whether at fasting state or postprandially(P<0.005);(3)The gastric electrical amplitude of the patients after the test meal was significantly lower than that of the control's(P<0.025 and P<0.005).Conclusion: It was concluded that the plasma motilin concentration and the abnormal gastric electrical activity leading to gastric hypomotility might be the essential pathophysiological mechanism of functional dyspepsia.
