摘要 为了更好地研究柱锥结合罩的成型机理,建立了带壳体柱锥结合罩战斗部药型罩压垮、形成射流的仿真计算模型,仿真研究了药型罩压垮成型过程和初始射流形成特性,并与锥型罩初始射流特性进行了对比分析。结果表明:柱锥结合罩初始射流是由圆柱部分罩材料径向压缩和沿轴线向下流动变形而形成;与形同锥角和壁厚的锥型罩相比,柱锥结合罩初始射流头部速度可提高1 km/s以上,射流质量密度更大、分布更均匀,对提高射流破甲效应极为有利。 To study jet formation of cylinder-cone liner, the cylinder-cone shaped charge with shell was numerically simulated. The liner collapse and the initial jet formation was studied for the cylinder-cone shaped charge. The results reveal that the original jet is formed by the radial collapse and axial flowing of the cylinder part of liner, that compared with the traditional shaped charge which has the same thickness and cone corner of liner, the velocity of the top jet of the cylinder-cone shaped charge is more than 1000 m/ s higher, and that the mass density is larger and the velocity at the axial direction is more stable , which is good for improving the piercing performance.
