摘要
目的:建立测定复方右旋麻黄碱缓释片中盐酸右旋麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法:采用双波长紫外分光光度法测定复方右旋麻黄碱缓释片中盐酸右旋麻黄碱的含量。测定波长为206nm,参比波长为224nm。结果:样品浓度在5~20μg/ml范围内与ΔA=A206-A224呈良好的线性关系。标准曲线为C(μg/ml)=24.4528×ΔA+0.2848,r=0.9999。方法的平均回收率为99.86%,相对标准偏差RSD=0.61%。结论:采用本法样品无须分离即可消除干扰直接测定缓释片中盐酸右旋麻黄碱的含量。其方法简便、快速、准确,符合药品快检的要求。
Objective:To establish a method of determining the concentration of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in compound pseudoephedrine sustained release tablets.Method:The concentration of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in compound pseudoephedrine sustained release tablets was determined with dualwavelength spectrophotometry.The determination and reference wavelength were 206 nm and 224 nm respectively.Result:The method was linear between pseudoephedrine hydrochloride concentration of 5 to 20 μg/ml and ΔA=A206-A224. The standard regressive curve was C(μg/ml)=24.4528×ΔA+0.2848,r=0.9999.The average recovery rate was 99.86%,RSD=0.61% .Conclusion:The concentration of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in sustained release tablets was determined directly without any separation. The results showed that this method was simple,quick and accurate.This method accorded with the demands of fast drug analysis.
