污水污泥热解技术研究进展

摘要 分析了高温热解法、低温热解法及直接热化学液化法3种最普遍的污泥热解处理方式,结果表明:污泥热解处理有许多优点,不但可以减少污泥的体积,处理彻底,实现其无害化处置,还可以产生热值很高的气体、油类等产物,实现污水污泥的资源化利用。提出了污泥热解技术的发展方向。 Three common approaches to thermal decomposition of sludge, high-temperature pyrolysis, low-temperature thermo-chemical pyrolysis and direct liquefaction method were discussed. The sludge pyrolytic treatment technique had many advantages, it not only could reduce the volume of sludge for treating thoroughly and achieving harmless disposal, but also could produce gas, oil and other products with high calorific value forachieving the resource utilization of sewage sludge. Finally, the direction of developing pyrolysis technology was proposed.
