青年农民工返乡前后收入比较分析

Comparative Analysis of Income of Young Migrant Worker before and after Return to Their Hometown

在金融危机的冲击下,青年农民工更容易陷入失业困境。返乡后,青年农民工在工作、收入和生活方面遭遇大的困境。通过对典型地区调查数据分析,通过使用描述和配对检验等统计方法,比较返乡前后青年农民工收入状况发生的变化,并进行客观和主观两个维度的比较。在比较结论的基础上,提出关注返乡青年农民工收入大幅降低、促进其就业和创业等政策主张。

Under the impact of the financial crisis, young migrant workers are more vulnerable to unemployment then before. After returning home, young migrant workers met great difficulties at their work, income and daily life. Through the typical regional survey data analysis, the paper use some statistical methods such as description and matching examination to compare the changes of income of young migrant workers before and after the returning hometowns at both objective and subjective dimensions. Based on the findings of comparison, the article puts forward some policies such as give more concern about the significant reduction in income of young migrant workers and promotes their employment and self- employment.
