摘要 本文介绍了江西三个稀土矿的研究结果,着重报道稀土离子沉淀-浮选试验情况。试验采用三种稀土离子沉淀剂和多种捕收剂并分别进行研究,结果表明上述非草酸类沉淀剂和筛选出的“STO”捕收剂使用效果良好,稀土回收率达98%以上,浮选泡沫产品TR_2O3含量为45%左右,经灼烧后产品中稀土总量TR_2O_3>95%。 The results of the research on rare earth done in three mines in Jiangxi are introduced, focusing on their experiments with ion -adsorbing rare-earth by precipitation-flotation. In these experiments, three precipitants and a number of different collectors are used and studied, respectively The results show that the non-oxalic acid precipita- nts used and collector 'STO' optimized are so efficient that recovery rate reaches more than 98% and the content of foam product of TR_2O_3 is around 45% by fiotaton. And after roasting, the grade rises to more than 95%.
