辽代科举体制下少数民族教育公平问题及解决策略——兼议对解决当今少数民族教育公平问题的启示

摘要 北方古老少数民族-契丹所建立的辽,由于初期国力较弱、体制不完善等产生了一系列的民族教育公平问题。统治者意识到要想缩小契丹族与汉族的教育文化水平差距,促进民族教育的公平发展,就必须实施科举考试、采取崇儒兴学等策略和方式。作为少数民族统治者,他们对实现政治统治,促进民族教育公平所具有的思路及采取的做法,对今天民族教育公平问题的解决产生了重要影响,也促使今天的中国应对辽代很多有实际价值的做法加以吸收和借鉴,从而促进多民族教育的公平发展。 Liao Dynasty was established by the ancient north ethnic minority, Qi -dan. At the early days after the founding Liao, it emerged series problems of the national education equity owing to the weak national capabilities and the imperfect system. The governor realized that they must adopt Imperial Examination to take some strategies and approaches of popularizing Confucianism in schools in order to improve the cultural level and to reduce the educational and cultural gaps between all the national minorities. As the minority governor, the fair ideas and the approaches that they had taken and promoted national educational equity development had a significant impact on the fair solutions to the problem of national education problems even today. They provide the inspiration for today's national minorities education issues.
