By understanding the theory of working process-oriented vocational education and effective teaching theory,vocational English teachers shall implement the six effective teaching strategies which transform educational concepts and enhance their own quality,build effective teaching and learning environment,make effective instructional design,carry out effective classroom management,select reasonable effective teaching methods and implement classroom assessment.
