摘要
对环境流量的特点、表征指标、环境流量的概念模型、环境流量的量与质、环境流量的风险评估等几个关键问题进行了论述。指出未来我国环境流量应该尽快开展河流保护目标与环境流量之间的机理研究、表征环境流量的特征值研究、环境流量的风险评估等,以推进我国环境流量理论与实践的结合。
This paper discusses several key problems about environmental flow as following： the main characteristic, the key index components, the conceptual model, the risk evaluation, and the problem of unification about quantity and quality etc. Moreover, it points out that the environmental flow researches should undertake more theory researches in the future, such as the mechanism investigation between river protection targets and environmental flow, the environmental flow indicator researches, as well as the study on environmental flow risk evaluation, to push forward the combination between theory and practice of environmental flow in China.
