河北省怀来县东沙河生态防洪治理的实践 被引量:1

摘要 城市水生态建设是生态城市建设的重要组成部分,穿越而过的河流生态修复与改造则成为重中之重。而河流尤其是北方河流主要承担汛期防洪任务。从研究东沙河的生态治理理念入手,提出了一种北方干旱地区行洪河道生态治理模式。 Dongsha River, located in dry Huailai County in the north, is seasonal that has steep slope, narrow river channel and big runoff. The development of the local area has been influenced by its bare and dirty riverbed as well as uncontrolled polluted water. In order to manage flood, new management concept is introduced for river course training and flood control standard of the river is risen to withstand once irl-20-years flood. According to the master plan of the city and requirement made by social and economic development to the ecosystem as well as local conditions, pilot channel is built on the river course and art dam is constructed for ecosystem improvement. The two sides of the river bank have decorated with safe and comfortable artificial waterfront landscape belts for environment restoration and recreation.
