防汛抗旱中雨水情自动测报技术的应用与探讨

Automatic measurement technology of river and rainfall information in flood control and drought relief: application and discussion

及时、准确地掌握雨水情信息是防汛抗旱中的重要组成部分。在分析基于GPRS信道技术的烟台市雨水情自动测报系统组成结构、特点及其工作原理的基础上,总结该系统在近几年防汛抗旱工作中的应用情况及所起的作用,并针对存在的问题,提出了相应的建议。

To obtain information of rainfall and flood duly and correctly is an important work of flood control and drought relief. The self-measuration and transmission system＇s structure, characteristics and work principle have been introduced simply. The system is transferring based on GPRS channel. Application and function of the system within the last years is discussed. Several questions are presented and some aspects need to be improved. Discussion development perspectives in some other fields is been mentioned.
