摘要
为了降低纸机干燥部热能消耗、提高水分蒸发效率,根据气压分布原理,通过各温湿参数内在关联机理和Matlab编程分析,从理论上系统地对干燥部温湿参数动态特征及热能节约原理进行了研究。研究表明,纸幅干燥曲线受烘缸蒸汽和进风状况共同影响,烘缸蒸汽消耗受进风状况影响;许多纸机干燥部虽运行正常,但是蒸汽消耗并非最低,可通过优化工艺参数,大大减少蒸汽用量;在保证产品质量的前提下,对热风交换系统零位进行优化调节与控制,可达到最佳节能效果。
In order to reduce heat consumption and improve the efficiency of water evaporation in paper machine dryer section,advanced measuring techniques were used to obtain temperature and humidity parameters.Further,based on the principle of air pressure distribution and through the intrinsic relation of temperature and humidity parameters and Matlab programming analysis,dynamic characteristics of these parameters and heat energy saving principle were systematically analyzed.The study indicated that paper drying curve is affected by the condition of dryer steam together with air supply,and the dryer steam consumption varies with the change of air supply;lots of paper machine dryer sections are in normal state,but the steam consumption is not the lowest.By optimizing the parameters,steam consumption can drop significantly,and under the premise of ensuring paper quality the best energy-saving effect can be achieved by optimizing and controlling the zero-point of the heat-air exchange system.
