造纸过程流程模拟仿真平台的设计

A Design on Flowsheet Simulation Platform of Papermaking

从建模方法、专业模块库的建立等方面,介绍了一种利用MATLAB/Simulink设计造纸过程流程模拟平台的方法。该平台以序贯模块法为主要的模拟方法,使流程模拟平台外观与造纸工艺流程图完全一致;该平台具有良好的用户界面,设定、修改参数方便;对用户要求不高,经简单培训就能灵活使用所提供的专业模型库中的单元模块搭建出自己的工艺流程并进行仿真分析;用户也可按具体的工艺流程在所提供的典型流程中添加、删除相应模块。该平台针对设计人员进行工艺设计、教学研究或人员培训都非常方便、实用。

A flowsheet simulation platform of papermaking is built with MATLAB/Simulink,and the constructing of basis models and the specialized module library of papermaking is introduced in this paper.Based on sequential modular method,the appearance of the platform is similar to the papermaking process chart.Because of the user-friendly interface,it＇s very easy to set parameter in every model and user can set up processes with the unit models provided in the specialized module library or modify the processes provided in the platform.It＇s very useful and convenient for designing,teaching and training.
