摘要 为有效降低不同协议之间信息交互的费用,解决上层管理软件对科隆仪表的数据采集问题,提高系统整体的稳定性,提出了一种基于TTM(tank temperature measurement,油罐温度测量)协议和Modbus协议的数据采集系统的方法。利用嵌入式系统作为通信网关,完成对两种不同协议信息的转发,既可达到专用网关的稳定性,同时还可以扩展为多网关,有很大的灵活性。通过实例表明,该方法可以满足工业要求,解决两种不同协议设备之间的兼容性问题。 To reduce the cost of information interaction between different protocols effectively, the problems of upper management software for data acquisition to KROHNE instrumentation is resolved, and the stability of entire system is improved, a design method of data acquisition system based on TTM(tank temperature measurement) protocol and Modbus protocol is presented.As a communication gateway, the embedded system is used to forward information.This system achieve the stability of a dedicated gateway, in the meantime, it is extended as a multi-gateway device, which has a great deal of flexibility.Results of the practical application indicated that the method met the industrial requirements and is used to solve the problems of compatibility between devices of two different protocols.
