摘要 为了使旋转压实仪对高等级公路路面材料—沥青混合料的性能试验达到标准要求,采用理论分析与试验相结合的方法研究了旋转压实仪对沥青混合料试样压实过程中压实力的变化特征,获得了参数自整定压实力数字PID控制器的设计方法和设计参数。在压实过程的初始阶段每转对控制器参数进行自整定,确定了0.25秒的最佳采样频率。根据研究结果设计的数字控制器经过多次实际试验验证,结果表明其达到了标准要求的控制精度。 In order to meet the standard measures to the performance tests of mix asphalt for Superpave by gyratory compactors, the characteristics of the compaction pressure on the mix asphalt specimen during the gyratory compactor working period are studied by theoretical analyses and tests, the design methods and the parameters of the parameter self-adjusting digital PID controller of the compaction pressure are developed.It is proved that the parameter self-adjusting must be done every rotation at the beginning period of compacting, and it is determined that the optimum sample frequency is 0.25 minutes.The digital PID controller designed according to the studding results is tested in practical working site many times.The control effect proves that it meet the design requirement for the standard.
