Talk about Copyright Management of Library for Readers in Using Electronic Resources by Taking Some Infringement Cases in Universities for Example

读者对电子资源的违规使用是图书馆陷入版权纠纷的重要原因之一,为此必须加强对读者的版权管理工作。文章通过举例,分析了读者违规使用电子资源的主要表现及其主观与客观原因,提出了若干对策。

Readers utilization of electronic resources against regulations is one of the important causes for libraries to be involved in copyright disputes,therefore,it s necessary to strengthen the copyright management work for readers. By giving some examples,this paper analyzes the main manifestations of readers utilization of electronic resources against regulations and their subjective and objective causes as well. Finally,the paper proposes some countermeasures.
