摘要 h指数作为一个科研评价的新指标,在诸多领域得到了广泛的应用,但也存在严重的缺陷——完全忽视低被引文献。本文探讨了文献低被引的成因,并在此基础上提出了扩展h指数的概念,以提高h指数科研评价的科学性、完整性和公平性。 As a new index for scientific research evaluation,h-index is widely used in many fields. But it also has serious defects—ignoring low cited papers completely. This paper discusses the causes of low cited papers and based on this puts forward the concept of extended h-index to improve the scientificness,integrality and fairness of scientific research evaluation with h-index.
