企业危机信息预警能力评价研究

Research on the Evaluation of Enterprise Crisis Information Early-warning Ability

企业危机信息预警活动是危机预防的核心。危机信息预警能力是企业的一项重要能力,是企业能够进行危机防范的重要素质。从危机信息预警机制、危机信息预警投入、危机信息预警外部环境、危机信息预警内在动力、危机信息预警活动实施5个方面进行企业危机信息预警能力评价指标的构建,运用模糊积分方法对其进行评价,以实现对企业危机信息预警能力的定量考评,为科学决策提供借鉴。

As there are too many evaluation methods and too many evaluation results in academic journal evaluation,this paper brings forward 9 principles：higher differentiation,lower sensitivity,flat increasing,complete data,public acceptance,integrating subjective assessment with objective assessment,higher fitting,complete indexes,and preliminary identification with evaluation results,attempting to providing some feasible solutions for selecting academic journal evaluation methods.
