Model for Evaluating Library Book Supplier Integrated Competence & Its Analysis

以30家图书馆图书供应商的综合能力调查所得数据为基础,根据BP人工神经网络算法原理,建立了图书供应商综合能力与信誉、业绩、书目数据、优势项目、到书率、到书速度、差错率、加工服务、折扣优惠、员工素质和创新能力11个评价指标之间的关系模型,并分析了各指标在图书供应商综合能力评价中的重要程度。结果表明,BP人工神经网络用于图书馆图书供应商评价是可行的,所建模型能很好地反映实际情况,可以进一步推广应用于其他行业的供应商评价。折扣优惠为图书馆图书供应商综合能力评价的最主要指标,其后依次是书目数据、到书速度、信誉、优势项目、到书率和加工服务,相对而言差错率、业绩、创新能力和员工素质则较为次要。

Based on the data obtained through investigation of the 30 library book supplier integrated competence,this paper constructs a model for the relationship between book supplier integrated competence and 11 evaluation indicators which are credit,performance,bibliography data,superior item,book-sent rate,book-sent speed,error rate,processing service,preferential price,employee＇s diathesis and innovative capability by the use of the principles of BP artificial neural network,and analyzes the importance of each indicator in evaluating the book supplier integrated competence. The results show that it is feasible to use BP artificial neural network to evaluate library book suppliers,and the model constructed can reflect the practical situation very well. The model can be used to evaluate the suppliers of the other trade. The preferential price is the most important indicator in evaluating the library book supplier integrated competence,followed by bibliography data,book-sent speed,credit,superior item,book-sent rate and processing service,relatively speaking,error rate,performance,innovative capability and employee＇s diathesis are less important.
