熟悉冷冻真空干燥机的结构系统及其工作原理,为该类设备的选型奠定基础。认识掌握其各环节的质量技术控制要点,确保设计结构和性能达到生物制品、药品生产的质量标准和GMP的要求。
The structure and principles of vacuum freeze drier were reviewed,and the key points of quality control in each step during the work were explored in this paper,thus to lay the foundation for equipment selection and ensure the designed structure and performance to meet the requirements of GMP and quality standards for biological products and medicine. Operation management should be reinforced to guarantee the quality of biological products and medicine during freeze-drying.
