广州市电视台新址工程地下连续墙施工技术控制

摘要 广州市电视台新址工程超大深基坑采用"地下连续墙+预应力锚索"支护形式,由于地下水位高,且地表面以下5-6m均为余泥砂层,在动水作用下很易发生塌方,因而连续墙施工质量将直接影响到基坑的整体止水效果,是基坑土方开挖施工成败的关键。在施工准备阶段全面了解现场情况,合理编制连续墙施工组织设计方案;在施工阶段对施工技术进行改进和加强管理,使连续墙施工较好地满足了设计要求和进度要求,基坑土方开挖后止水效果理想,整体稳定性良好。 Continuous wall and prestressed anchor are used as pit supports in the new project of Guangzhou television station. The geological conditions of the site are poor. Continuous wall construction .quality is the key for foundation pit excavation. During the preparation stage,comprehensive understanding of the construction and reasonable organization plan are made.During the construction stage,the construction of technical management should be improved and strengthened. From the point of the effect of continuous wall construction completion,we succeed to better meet the requirement of design and construction schedule. And judging from the effect after the turkmen excavation pit,the Pit water-resist effect and overall stability are very good.
