摘要
随着教学管理改革的推进,对高校的教务管理和教务管理人员提出了更高、更新的要求。强化教务管理的服务意识,实现常规工作规范化,完善教务管理激励机制,是推进教务管理和高职教育的有效措施。
With the advance of teaching management reform,the teaching of university management and academic management staff raised even higher requirements. Strengthening vocational school educational management service awareness, improving the incentive mechanism, is effective measure to improve education and management.
