摘要
经过自上世纪末至今固体光源的近20年发展,LED取得了突飞猛进的进步,人们通过对新型发光材料的探索、发光材料生长工艺的的研究以及封装工艺的改进等途径,使得LED在发光效能、全彩显示以及器件的稳定性等方面都取得了人造光源历史性突破,成为了21世纪照明改革和进步的希望。但目前LED由于光效还需提高,以及封装工艺和材料,散热技术,驱动电路,非成像光学设计,测试标准和性价比等相关问题仍欠成熟,这些问题成为了LED推广应用的瓶颈。本文试通过对LED在技术、成本、标准层面存在瓶颈的分析,并结合我国LED发展现状,提出了LED进入普通照明市场可行的思路。
The research of LED has made rapid advancement through the nearly 20 years' progress of solid state light source since the end of last century. By the study on newly luminous materials, technologies of how luminous materials grow and improvements on encapsulation, LED has made huge breakthroughs as a man-made light source in luminous efficacy, full colors LED display and stability of LED itself and then becomes the hope for innovation and development of lighting in the 21 st century. However, at present, luminous efficacy, material and technology of encapsulation, heat releasing, driving circuits, non-optical imaging design, measuring standards and cost still remain the problems, which have been the bottlenecks of LEDs' popularization and application. The paper analyses these bottlenecks on the level of technology, cost, standard and current situation in China and proposes the feasible ways in which LEDs step into the general lighting market.
