摘要
无论在节能灯启动的瞬态还是在正常工作的稳态,流过节能灯专用桥式整流器的电流波形均为近似三角形的尖脉冲。开启时的电流脉冲幅度相对于桥的额定电流几乎是无限大,会对桥在启动过程中的可靠性构成潜在威胁。而稳态脉冲电流对桥的可靠性影响主要表现在有可能使结运行在一个高结温上。然而,通过合理的电路设计、根据桥的额定值进行正确选型,均可避免两者对可靠性的影响。
Whether it is at the transient state when the compact fluorescent lamp is starting up or at the steady running state, the current waveform through the bridge rectifier for the compact fluorescent lamp only is the spike pulse which is nearly a triangle. When it is on, the current pulse amplitude is indefinitely great compared with the rated current of the bridge rectifier, which will be the potential threat to the reliability of the bridge rectifier. When on operation while reliability influence to the bridge rectifier of the steady pulse current is to make the junction on the high junction temperature. However, we can avoid both influence on reliability if we can make the right choice according to the nominal rating of the bridge rectifier after we have had the reasonable circuit.
