摘要
通过分析石油井口闸阀结构特点与工作原理,以闸阀阀体作为案例研究了三维参数化模型构建过程,利用CAXA实体设计的自定义参数化零件功能,构造相关三维模型并定义相关变量,完成驱动单元参数化模型的构建。利用CAXA实体设计参数化库功能存放参数化零件,调用参数化库中的参数化零件进行参数赋值与驱动,实现了411in2000psi闸阀阀体参数化设计。
By analyzing the structural characteristics and working principle of the oil well-head gate valve,the three-dimensional parametric modeling process of the gate valve body was studied.By using the self-defined parametric function of CAXA physical design,the relevant three-dimensional model was established to define the relevant variables for establishing the parameter-driven model.The library functions of CAXA physical design parameters was used to store the parametric parts,call the parameterized parts from the library for parameter assignment and parameter-driven to achieve a parametric design of 4in 2000psi gate valve.
