摘要
根据我国油田用抽油机出口现状及抽油机的应用情况,对目前国内最大的游梁式抽油机C1280-427-240型抽油机的支架进行了有限元分析。计算结果表明:该型抽油机的支架具有足够的强度、刚度和可靠的稳定性;同时,还具有良好的移运性。
The current situation of China's oilfield pumping unit export and its application were introduced,a method was proposed for designing the maximum beam pumping unit(API Standard No:C1280-427-240 Pumping Unit,the domestical standard No:CYJ19-6.0-146HB conventional pumping unit)and the Sampson post of C1280-427-240 Pumping Unit was analyzed by using the technique of finite element.The result shows that the Sampson post has sufficient strength,stiffness and reliability with good moveable performance.
