Determination of Pesticide Residues in Citrus by Ultrasonic Extraction Adsorption Separation and Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立了超声波提取—吸附分离的前处理技术与气相色谱法联用,同时测定柑桔(Citrus reticucata Banco)中的抑霉唑和噻菌灵等农药残留的方法,并对超声波提取条件和吸附分离柱的填充结构进行了优化。结果表明,采用此法同时测定抑霉唑、噻菌灵等农药残留,是一种快速、灵敏、准确、高效的方法。 Ultrasonic extraction-established before the separation of adsorption processing with gas chromatography coupled simultaneous determination of suppression,citrus(Citrus reticucata Banco) and mildew fungus of pesticide residues showed the ultrasonic extraction method,and the conditions and adsorption of separation column filled structure was optimized. The results showed that the method and determination,antimicrobial mildew fungus of pesticide residues showed,is a kind of fast,sensitive,accurate and efficient method.
