摘要
心理契约反映了员工、组织间对于相互责任、承诺的期望,揭示了员工、组织间的双向互惠关系。本文从非营利性组织员工的心理契约入手,从心理契约结构和心理契约违背两个方面分析非营利性组织员工的心理契约特征,最后提出了在招聘、培训、激励、员工沟通四个方面基于心理契约特征的非营利性组织人力资源管理建议。
Psychological contract reflects an expectation of obligation and promise on between an organization and its staff.It shows the reciprocal relationship of an organization and its employees.In this paper,the construct and violation mechanism of psychological contract are explored.At last,HRM suggestion based on psychological contract of NPO employees are put forward,which involve recruitment,training,motivation,and employee communication.
