论货币理论的发展与电子货币的产生

On the development of monetary theory and emergence of electronic money

马克思认为某个时期货币符号不同,取决于技术发展。电子货币的产生正是现代信息技术发展和经济发展的产物,也是马克思揭示的货币发展一般规律发生作用的必然结果。电子货币同样执行货币的职能,同时发挥了传统货币所无法比拟的作用。但需要技术和制度的完善才能使电子货币最终成为一种独立的新的货币形式。

According to Karl Marx, the fact that monetary symbol is different at a certain period depends on the development of technology. The emergence of electronic money is the product of the development of modem information technology and economy and the inevitable result of the monetary law function revealed by Marx. Electronic money also functions as money, and plays the incomparable role which traditional money doesn＇t have. Only with the perfection of technology and system, can the electronic money become an independent new monetary form.
