现代集成制造的发展与863/CIMS主题的实施策略

THE DEVELOPMENT OF CONTEMPORARY INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING & THE IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY OF 863/CIMS SUBJECT

１９８６年我国将ＣＩＭＳ列为国家高技术发展计划（８６３计划）的主题之一，并开始全面研究和实施。经过１０余年的探索和实践，走出了一条适合中国国情的ＣＩＭＳ之路。本文阐述了作者对我国８６３／ＣＩＭＳ主题研究实施的“现代集成制造”（ＣｏｎｔｅｍｐｏｒａｒｙＩｎｔｅｇｒａｔｅｄＭａｎｕｆａｃｔｕｒｉｎｇ，ＣＩＭ）和“现代集成制造系统”（ＣｏｎｔｅｍｐｏｒａｒｙＩｎｔｅｇｒａｔｅｄＭａｎｕｆａｃｔｕｒｉｎｇＳｙｓｔｅｍｓ，ＣＩＭＳ）的理解；综述了ＣＩＭ／ＣＩＭＳ的研究现状；介绍了８６３／ＣＩＭＳ主题的工作进展和今后两年的实施策略。

China national CIMS Plan was Launched in 1986,since then its research and implementation have been started in an all-round way .Through its exploration and practice in the last ten years,a way to carry out CIMS suitable for Chinese situation has been established. In this paper, the authors describe the meaning of CIM(Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing) and CIMS(Contemporary Integrated Manufacturing System) which have been carried out by China 863/CIMS subject for many years, generalize the existing state of CIM/CIMS research and introduce the progress and the next two years implementation strategy of 863/CIMS subject.
