摘要
研究了敏捷制造(AgileManufacturing)环境下柔性自动化车间(FAW)的随机生产计划方法。首先建立关联方程有延迟的车间随机生产的非线性模型,然后推导出求解随机生产计划问题的算法,开发相应软件,进行算例研究。研究表明,该算法非常适于将敏捷制造环境中的FAW随机产品需求计划最优分解成由FAW中各柔性制造系统(FMS)执行的短期随机生产计划,尤其适合FMS之间的工件传输需经出入库并有一步(即一周期)延迟的情况。
This article puts forward an approach to stochastic production planning(SPP)for flexible automation workshops(FAWs)in agile manufacturing environment. A nonlinear model for stochastic production of a FAW with delay interaction equations is built up first. An algorithm to solve the SPP problem is then derived. The corresponding software package has been developed and examples of SPP have been studied. The results show that this algorithm is suitable for optimal decompostion of a stochastic product demand plan of FAW in agile manufacturing environment into short-term stochastic production plans executed by flexible manufacturing systems(FMSs)in the FAW, especially for the case that workpieces are transported between FMSs through a shop storage with a delay of a step.
