摘要
济钢原来的计划管理主要依靠管理者根据其过去的经验,参考内外部主要信息逐个工序制定计划,这种计划管理效率不高。通过济钢自主设计的"济钢工序资源平衡模型",动态调整生产组织强度。生产计划管理模型实现了逻辑关系电算化,操作简便实用,扩展性较强。
The former scheduling management of Jinan Iron and Steel Group Company (Jigang) mainly based on the previous experience and referred to the major information both from side and outside for the scheduling of every. working procedure ,which was of low scheduling management efficiency. By using the Jigan's Working Procedure Re- source Balancing Model of solely designed by Jigang, Jigang starts to dynamically control the intensity of the production organization. The production scheduling management model achieves logical relationship computerization with features of easy/practical operation and good expansibility.
