摘要
三期改造后,闪速炉余热锅炉辐射部出现了烟尘粘结,影响了闪速炉的正常作业。贵冶参考余热锅炉对流部的改造经验,利用2005年和2007年年度大修时机,对辐射部进行了两次改造,取得了良好的效果。
After the third - phase expansion project, there are some problems caused by dust deposit at radiation section of waste - heat boiler of flash furnace,which influenced normal production of flash furnace. Guixi smelter leveraged the experiences from the reconstruction of convection section of waste - heat boiler, and made two modifications to the radiation section during the overhaul of 2005 and 2007, which resulted in great performance.
